As the barbarian's laid siege to the city "Rane", the greater lords of the northern nations provided no assistance, despite Rane's pleas, though a small army formed by the lesser lords marched to Rane's defense. This kingdom was formed after a successful and unified act of pushing back a barbarian invasion laid by those settled in the mountains. With a very antagonistic and controversial view of Knighthood Orders (including their own) they strive to create and lead a single faction. It is located in the center of Pendor and is ruled by King Ulrich a descendant of King Alfred- the founder of Sarleon. The Kingdom of Sarleon descends from the original Kingdom of Pendor. Koningur Valdis is the leader of the Fierdsvain. The Fierdsvain thrive on war and trade, a majority of them are vicious and cunning people while still being very brave. The Fierdsvain were created from the "Mercenary Jarls" whom came from the North, sent by the Baccus Empire to the West they ended up settling there when they decided moving back North proved to be too difficult, when they settled with the native Pendorians their respective culture's intertwined and grew together forming what is now the Fierdsvain. The neighboring countries took advantage of the opportunity and began assaulting the broken country for themselves leading to many bloody war and forming several independent factions. Great internal strife began, every noble and lord fought to seize the throne and within a month had completely destroyed the nation and all it had stood for. Failing to avoid the epidemic caused the royal family and it's bloodline to die with the Kingdom. But the land fell into ruin after a horrid plague killed more than half of the country's population. Many ages ago Calradia was united by one ruler whom gave the land it's (then) new name of Pendor the nation prospered while the people engaged themselves with economy and trade. This is not meant to discourage or scare away anyone. A disclaimer here: Prophesy of Pendor is quite a difficult mod especially in the beginning, but this guide will show you how to end up practically a demi-god of warfare, though it won't be easy.
